1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our dynamic marketplace or interacting with the EventTicket smart contracts, you agree to comply with all smart-contract rules, secondary market resale caps, and royalty policies established on-chain.

2. Res resale Limits

EventShield enforces a strict anti-scalping policy. Tickets are configured on-chain to restrict resale markups. Attempting to bypass these parameters through off-chain derivative trading violates our terms of fair participation.

3. Disclaimers

All interactions on the Arc L1 blockchain are final and irreversible. EventShield is not responsible for lost private keys, social wallet auth failures, or gasless network congestion delay issues.
